Getting started
We guide you smoothly through the concrete stages of working together - from an audit or analysis, through a fixed quote, to maintenance and growth of your platform. You will also find our two billing models here and check which one fits your business.
Project kickoff in 3 steps
Whether it is a large migration or a smaller module, every path looks similar.
Audit or analysis
Starting from scratch? We begin with a pre-implementation analysis. Already running a store or migrating? We start with an audit.
Result
We know what to build, and you know what you get and at what price.
Fixed quote
We turn the analysis into specifics: together we settle the final scope of work, refine the details and set the schedule.
Result
An approved scope of work and a schedule - you know what we deliver and when.
Maintenance and growth
After launch we move on to server maintenance, service updates and ongoing feature development.
Result
A secure service, ready for further growth.
Two billing models
We usually start the same way - with a conversation. From there, two paths: you invest your own capital in ecommerce, or you prefer a partner who takes on part of the challenge and the costs.
Classic
You pay for the project and keep the whole result.
How it works
We quote the implementation after the analysis, deliver the project and hand over a working store. Maintenance runs on a service subscription.
Who it's for
Companies with the capital for an implementation that prefer to finance growth from their own budget.
Who does what
Us: technology, implementation. Together: strategy and logistics. You: product, goods and purchasing.
How and what you pay
For the build and development as quoted, and after launch for server maintenance and updates. Zero share of your revenue or profit.
What you own
Everything: the code, the store and all the profit. Full transfer of rights is a standard part of the contract.
Partner
We share the risk - the billing depends on how deep you want to go.
How it works
We build the store end-to-end to our own standard, on our own infrastructure. We take on part of the costs and recover them from sales results.
Who it's for
Companies with a good product that know ecommerce is a serious challenge and prefer a partner over running it alone.
Who does what
Us: technology, implementation, growth. Together: strategy, costs and logistics. You: product, goods and purchasing.
How and what you pay
A share of sales, or a hybrid: a fixed monthly fee plus a smaller share of revenue. It depends on how much risk we take on.
What you own
You keep 100% ownership of the company, and the code is never held hostage - the buyout terms are set out in the contract.
