CASE STUDY: Modern PWA store for La Mania
We present our latest project – this time for the renowned Polish fashion brand, La Mania. La Mania's mission is to create clothing for exceptional, modern women who keep up with trends and express themselves through fashion. Our goal was to develop a store that reflects these values while supporting the business needs of the client.
Key outcomes of this collaboration include:
A modern e-commerce platform featuring a PWA application, microservices, and Magento 2 architecture.
A storefront based on PWA technology, free from the standard layout or e-commerce engine limitations, allowing full customization of the layout to match the prestigious brand's character and the latest UX/UI trends.
A drag-and-drop CMS for advanced content management without needing developers.
Flexible management of entire pages (including the homepage) and rich content, enabling independent preparation of the store for drops, new product lines, or promotional campaigns.
A "shop-the-look" section supporting both branding and sales goals by showcasing ready-made outfits that can be easily added to the cart.
Convenient integration of the cart and wishlist into a drawer, facilitating site navigation and product addition without leaving the shopping path.
Implementation of advanced marketing automation tools.
Efficient integrations, including with ERP and OMS systems.
Preparing the platform for further development and scaling.
Scope of work included:
Consultancy, pre-implementation analysis, and IT architecture design.
UX/UI design.
Software development, including Magento 2 and PWA.
Database migration and production deployment.
Ongoing development and maintenance.
A big thank you to the La Mania team for their trust – we're excited to keep moving forward!
